Privacy & Confidentiality Agreement

Gateway Connect strictly adheres to federal and state laws reguarding the protection, security and confidentiality of our client’s identity and personal health information. Gateway Connect and its employees will not release any information without a specified written consent from the client and/or only if such disclosure is permitted under legally concise elements or current federal laws including 42 CFR Part 2, 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164 and any superseding state laws where Gateway Connect operates its treatment programs. Each Gateway Connect staff member is committed to upholding these standards in all written, verbal, and electronically transmitted communications and records.

All client information and correspondence is regarded as strictly confidential. Gateway Connect will not sell, share, rent, or otherwise release any customer information to any unauthorized third party under any circumstance. Specifically noted, we assure that our stored customer information and emails are confidentially secure.
We DO NOT store client credit card information on our servers.
